Teresa is a native of Cajamarca, Peru and is one of our evening Medical Assistants. We caught Teresa mid-shift one evening to ask a few questions.
Q: What’s your favorite activity when you are not working?
A: Spending time with my kids.
Q: Oh awesome! How many children do you have?
A: I have two beautiful girls.
Q: What about pets? Do you have any?
A: Yes, we have a dog and a bird.
Q: Are you what you wanted to be when you grew up?
A: Yes, a good mother!
Q: While you are working, what’s the #1 question you are asked?
A: Can I schedule an appointment
Q: Have you seen any local trends in the area?
A: We’ve seen a number of children with fever and respiratory problems
Q: Do you have any tips for parents on their next visit?
A: Yes, make a list of your questions and be as specific as you can in describing symptoms.
